Loker Marketing Event Executive Jakarta Selatan Terbaru 2024

Job Descriptions:

1. Plan and execute all events for branding purposes.
2. Create and monitor yearly marketing events plan.
3. Execution especially in Sales regular exhibitions, sponsorship events, and media events.
4. Monitoring weekly exhibitions nationwide and responsible for budget allocation planning for all exhibition events.
5. Prior experience in executing automotive events such as Car Launching, Media Test drives, and Car exhibitions (such as GIIAS, IIMS, and Mall exhibitions).
6. Have good relationships with various vendors such as booth contractors, event organizers, talent agencies, show management, etc.
7. Strong knowledge of production and how to execute automotive exhibitions (Scheduling, loading & unloading, event flow, etc.).
8. Good soft skills in the back office such as creating presentations and budgeting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major with at least 3-5 years of experience.
• Active in Social Media.
• Good knowledge of event management and community management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, creative, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to handle events, usually on weekends.
• Automotive background is an advantage.
• Able to join immediately (ASAP).
