Job Description:

1. Develop SOPs & training programs for the Telemarketing team.
2. Create sales strategies/scripts and implement them in telemarketing to achieve better results.
3. Monitor and evaluate the activities and performance of telemarketing agents on a daily basis (including coaching, training).
4. Review & manage the schedule and performance of the team, propose changes to team members, including recruitment, promotion, demotion, etc.
5. Calculate team bonuses.
6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work reports along with team performance.

Job Requirement:

1. Experience in leading a team of at least 10-15 people.
2. Experience in telemarketing in a rapidly growing company (fintech, e-commerce).
3. Possess good leadership and able to motivate the team, disciplined, honest & responsible.
4. Able to work under pressure.
5. Have good communication skills both verbally and in writing.
6. Have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Have good reporting skills, able to operate Ms. Office especially Excel.
8. Proficient in English is a plus.
9. Initiative and a sense of belonging to the team.
10. Experience in providing training & having a clear training logic is a plus point.
