Job Responsibilities
  • Managing office operations, coordinating administrative activities, and collaborating closely with various departments, including finance, sales, and delivery functions, to facilitate seamless operations and maintain a productive workplace.
  • Overseeing daily office operations, including mail handling, office facilities management, and coordination of office logistics.
  • Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
  • Managing onboarding and orientation process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Maintaining employee records, updating databases including new hire information, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Serving as employees’ point of contact on HR matters.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and management as needed.
  • Assisting in budget planning and expense tracking for administrative and HR-related activities.
Pre-requisitions
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative management and human resources roles, with good understanding of local immigration and HR practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining compliance.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
