Description
  • Execute customer purchase orders using the company’s order management system.
  • Coordinate with the factory for orders and production teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders according to established timelines and priorities.
  • Collaborate with production planning teams to schedule and prioritize orders based on customer requirements.
  • Work with quality control teams to ensure that products meet quality standards before they are released for shipment to customers.
  • Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments to arrange for timely delivery of finished products to customers, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules and shipping requirements.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, shipment updates, and resolution of any issues or concerns related to their orders.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the order processing workflow, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders administration in the company’s database or ERP system, shipment details, and generate reports to track key performance metrics such as order cycle time, on-time delivery, and order accuracy.
  • Work closely with sales, production, and logistics teams to resolve any issues or challenges related to order processing and fulfillment.
Requirements
  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • Having a minimum of 2 years of experience in related functions.
  • Having experience in project management or related functions.
  • Proficiency in using order management systems and ERP software.
  • Familiar with SAP system and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and interact with customers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Having a positive attitude, open-mindedness, high motivation, and willingness to learn.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
